Princeton Simulations will provide technical support at no charge
to registered users of Conformer for one year from its date of
purchase.
Before contacting technical support, please do the following:
- Try to reproduce the error and record the exact steps that you took.
- Record the exact wording of any messages that appear, either on screen or in files.
- Be able to tell us details about the computer you are using, including the CPU type, model number. Speed the operating system and version.
- Know the version of Chem3D
TM that you are using.
- If using e-mail, include a copy of the Chem3D
TM molecular structure file.
